Our organization is committed to supporting our communities by providing service, mentorship, and resources to areas with low-income backgrounds. We believe that service and education are some of the keys to helping better the communities that we serve. Through our partnerships with schools and community organizations, we work to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. Join us in our mission to continue to pour into our communities!

Our chapter became the first Black Greek organization in 2014 to adopt a street through the Beautify Our Burgh campaign through the City of Pittsburgh. In 2015, the Beta Omicron Omega Chapter built a partnership with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Pittsburgh through serving breakfast to children and families. The chapter has hosted movie and game nights, and holiday celebrations. The chapter made history in 2019 by hosting the first rooftop party for families.
In 2016, Pittsburgh was a target city to pilot a new national fraternity initiative with Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. #MuchMoreThanAHashtag, educated both organizations and the community on the pillars of Voter Registration, Citizen Review Board, Jury Selection, Home Ownership, and Property Taxes.
In 2019, the chapter connected with This Generation Connect to provide a space for teens to express themselves and have fun. In 2021, the chapter decided to make participation in the Wreaths Across America event an annual commitment. The goal of our participation is to align with the goal of Wreaths Across America, which is "to remember the fallen, Honor those who serve, and Teach our children the value of freedom."
